The Associations special day came to a close with our annual Thanksgiving Service.
We meet again next year at Wesley's Chapel 1.00 pm on Saturday 19th March 2011. Members please make a note of this date . All former BB members and friends are most welcome to attend this day.

Federation Fellowship Weekend &
Annual Council Meeting 2010
Friday 21st to Sunday 23rd May 2010
at Best Western Bromley Court Hotel
Bromley Hill, Bromley, Kent BR1 4JD England
London Stedfast Association were proud and pleased to host the annual weekend when Stedfast members from various Associations around the United Kingdom & Republic of Ireland, assembled for fellowship and to discuss the business of the Federation.
This year the Bromley Court Hotel acted as the residential centre for 2 nights and 3 days. In all some 60 members were present at times over the weekend. The were large groups of members representing Manchester and Dublin. Some 11 Associations were presented, EG Glasgow to Brighton, representing SA's from around the UK & ROI. London as host Association had the largest number present. One member of the Stedfast Association New Zealand, had made the long journey to be present, giving it a real international flavour.
The programme included a welcome dinner on the Friday evening, the Annual Council Meeting on the Saturday morning. Those not involved were taken on a full tour of Greenwich, which included world famous locations like the Naval College & Museum, Royal Observatory and the Dome before returning for lunch and an outing with all the delegates to Hall Place Bexley in the afternoon.
The Saturday Gala Dinner was the largest gathering of members and Stedfast friends, when 50 members sat down for a splendid 5 course meal. Following greetings from Buckingham Palace all stood for the Loyal Toast. Following the meal, entertainment of a magical kind was provided by a professional entertainer ( also a BB Company Captain) .
A gloriously sunny Sunday morning allowed us to join together with the BB Bromley Battalion, when a large combined parade took place , marching through the centre of Bromley , onto the URC Freelands Road Bromley. This was great publicity for The Boys' Brigade. Members of the 3rd Bromley BB Company provided a large bugle band which led the parade. The Stedfast Association Bugle Band was also on parade in good numbers.
The whole weekend was judged by all that a attended, to be very successful. Now we can look forward to when the Brighton & Hove Stedfast Association are acting as host for the 2011 annual Federation event. Arrangements are already in hand for a weekend at Eastbourne on the 20-21-22 May. We know they will also give us a great weekend.
