London Stedfast Bowlers Fellowship

WELCOME TO 2009!
ANOTHER YEAR ....ANOTHER SEASON .... BOTH INDOOR & OUTDOOR.

This year's fixture list is included with this report. Although by the time you are reading this, we shall have played our first match against the Lewisham Indoor Club.
The match list is roughly the same as last year, but unfortunately we shall not be playing our Brighton Stedfast friends during 2009.
Regretfully the game last year had to be cancelled due to us not being able to field a full side. Both bowling fellowships thought it best after 8 years; we should have a rest for a year or two to build up our numbers.

However in its place on the 7th July, we are holding an OPEN DAY at Halls Bowling Club Dartford, where some of our members play. This invitation is open to any new players, who wish to learn more about the game, and have a game or two that day. Please bring your own equipment, and normal bowls dress code will apply. Even if you haven't played the game, or would just like to watch, and meet in Stedfast fellowship, you are WELCOME.

If you do decide to come along, please do let me know in plenty of time to assist the club's caterers. We look forward to seeing you there.
